SERVICES
INALUM®
We specialize in the contract manufacturing of metal casting parts in Aluminum 380, 356, and Zinc 5.

Aluminum 380 and 356
We work with Aluminum 380 and 356 injection in a cold chamber die casting process.

Zinc 5
We work with Zamak 5 injection in a hot chamber die casting process.
Hot chamber die casting.

Industrial finishes
We offer a full range of finishes and complementary processes to meet the specific needs of each project.
Sanding
A process in which the metal of the part is ground down, with the aim of achieving a smooth or curved finish, depending on the product's requirements. Additionally, it helps remove any burrs from the piece.
Drilling
A process through which holes are made, including through holes, blind holes, and tapered holes.
Tapping
It involves creating a threaded finish inside a hole, in this case, within the drilled holes processed at the plant.
Stamping
A process in which a cut is made in the metal to achieve a finish or shape.
Grinding
The pieces are placed with a stone disc to correct, smooth, grind the metal, and achieve the required finish.
Assembly
It is the effect by which two or more pieces are joined to another after a process applied to them. The processes in INALUM are:
- Screwing
- Riveting
- Press fitting bolts
- Overlapping
- Placing
- Press fitting bushings
Packanging
All finished products must be prepared for transport to their final destination, therefore, packaging is considered a process.
Rimming
Rimming is a process in which a rotating tool is passed inside a hole or opening to achieve a more precise and refined finish. It is also used to remove burrs within the natural cavities of the parts.
